"The only way to do great work is to love what you do." - Steve Jobs

Hey Reader,

This week I was quite busy coding an app for a client so I haven't had much time to dig deep into the topic for today's issue.

I started going to the gym regularly with my wife again and surprisingly it takes a little bit of time of adapting to this routine! 😅

I get quite tired after a full-body workout and need a lot of rest afterward. However, the upside is that I feel a lot better mentally. My energy levels increased and my daily stress decreased significantly!

I recommend all my fellow Software Developers to start practicing some type of fitness. The easiest routine in my opinion is: Hybrid Calisthenics Routine.

Also, today, I just published the second part of my previous podcast episode with Brock Predovich about "How to Deal with Stress as a Startup Founder"!

Brock is a serial entrepreneur who has raised over $800k in venture capital across multiple companies for the last 2 decades. He also currently runs an MVP Agency called 7Onyx.

He shared his personal journey of being an Entrepreneur with all the ups and downs along the way. He also shared many insights on how he managed to deal with Stress and overcome Anxiety while being a Startup Founder.

How to listen to it?

The episode is now available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and Other Platforms of your liking!

"The only way to do great work is to love what you do." - Steve Jobs Hey Reader, I was on my way to Kuala Lumpur last week when suddenly the plane started to shake. It entered a turbulent zone. Nothing unusual for the pilots and the crew; but not so much for me. I felt an instant rush of blood through my heart; my palms started sweating and I became more anxious with each second passing by. Why was I afraid? What was I afraid of? Of plane crashing? Of me dying? Why was I afraid of dying? Why...

"The only way to do great work is to love what you do." - Steve Jobs Hey Reader, So today, while preparing to write this newsletter, I found myself quite exhausted mentally from my day's work and didn’t feel motivated and inspired enough to sit at my laptop and start writing. So I took my headphones, my phone, turned on an audiobook and went for a walk to the beach to clear my head. My experience For the last 7 years of my career as a Software Engineer, I discovered that a lot of times I will...

"The only way to do great work is to love what you do." - Steve Jobs Hey Reader, Today, I wanted to delve into the intriguing concept of productivity from two perspectives: slow productivity and fast productivity. As Software Developers, finding the right balance between these two approaches can significantly impact our stress levels, well-being, and overall effectiveness in the workplace. Fast productivity Fast productivity is essentially the productivity we all are familiar with. It's that...
